New packaging and assets have steered the brand into positive sales growth vs prior years and expansion of the brand to new geos while also increasing profitability.
Lead, developed and executed the master Portfolio rebrand of Square Mile Cider Company. Recreated the brand vision and messaging from scratch with very limited resources and time. Created, developed and launched a new portfolio line that has outpaced flagship volume and showing sales increases of over 200% for total brand performance.
Managed and developed the rebrand of the Redhook Ale Brewery - refreshing a once struggling brand and developing a new core product - Big Ballard IPA that has fueled the growth of Redhook into one of the largest brands in Washington and fastest share and velocity drivers.
Helped co-found and build an industry leading insights & innovation department within the Craft Brew Alliance. The pH Experiment built an industry unique co-creator engine across the country driving real time insights and forward trend spotting 3-5 years in the future of the beverage industry. Helping ideate, test and develop more than 8 new innovation products and support product R&D for nationally recognized beverage brands across multiple platforms in the ABinBev network.
Managed and executed the implementation of the McDonalds App in the NW region as test before national launch. Building the case study and data points that helped the national adoption and launch of this project to all US franchises. Helped form the standard practices for real time live special releases and loyalty programs with major league NBA partnerships.
